The business to business communication process includes the communication between two business entities, in which the one business acts as the role of a sender. The other end performs as the role of a receiver. In other words, business to business communication describes the communication between businesses. For example, a manufacturer and a whole seller may utilize this communication process. Business to business messages can also be between a whole seller and a retailer. All other elements of this type of communication process is dependent on

the environment and the purpose of overall communication.

There are three important ways to communicate with business-to-business messages. When a business wants to conduct deals with other businesses or get a message across professionally, the company should use the most efficient and professional way to get the message delivered. The three ways an organization chooses to conduct business are usually completed by conducting video conferences, e-mail/memos, and traditional business letters. Overall, these three methods provide similarities in proper techniques along with professionalism in order to stress the importance of communication.

The convenience of e-mailing consists of a business having the option to send the message to one or multiple receivers simultaneously. The best thing about companies conducting business through e-mail is that the company will have a written record of the information being sent. E-mail also allows a company to transmit complex information fast and conveniently in a matter of minutes across the world. In the descriptive analysis of an e-mail, the individual has multiple options to design the message in which is eventually sent to a receiver.
