Introduction of Dinner & Dance
It’s a nice day, I am receive email from Mr Toh for talk about the once a year of Annual dinner & dance in Horme Hardware Pte Ltd. In my company have 100 employee to work together and most of employee was come from foreign. Then, through our annual dinner, we enjoy the opportunity to reconnect with our friends and former co-workers. So, Mr Toh want me be responsible for this project of annual dinner & dance. The aim of this project was wanted everybody enjoy and get happiness in this Annual dinner and dance.
In our annual dinner and dance was a “must attend” event. It is because the Head of Department (HOD) wanted employee to sharing information or some question to each other employee. Then, employee will getting more knowledge and increase the relationship of each employee in the company. Basically, the most of important of this project was reward the employee for hard work in our company.
In the term of this project, the HOD want the event have a high performance to get the employee have a nice event of that day. Then, the time was set on same day on 14 February every year. Basically, they wasn’t care about the cost but does not above on $100,000. Then, all of employee in our company must attend this event apart from have some personal problem must inform your site manager and write a letter for talk about the reason of can’t attend this event send to me.
The success of project depends on large budget and time allocated. Basically, the precise of the project of scope with cost and schedule required is a good start for a successful project. (Lee, 2015)
As this project of Annual Dinner & Dance, I had list out the scope statement as below:
Project Objective
The main of objective is want appreciation by the company to thank for them for the hard work and put in efforts in company by the past year. Then, the theme of Annual dinner & dance was Modern People and the cost does not exceed $100,000 for this project.
