Test 2 module GMKVH2EL11

HvA/Hogeschool v. Economische Studies Amsterdam

2011

Writing an analysis will be one of most difficult skills you need to master. At the same time one of the most important skills which you will have to learn. When you start working every solution you will offer will need a sound analysis of the current situation. You will also need these analytical skills for your thesis, in year 4, the export plan, a communication plan made by you, marketing plan or-what-ever-else-plan which needs to be based on a good analysis.

In the analysis it is very important that you keep to the facts and real situations. Inventing facts makes no sense.

This guideline is based on several books, Strategic Marketing from Proctor (London, Routledge) for instance. It is advised to make use of the books when making your SWOT analysis (see literature). This guideline is as it says a guide, and should be used creatively. Use this model as appropriate, as each toppic will need an adaptation of the model.
