INTRODUCTION
This reflection paper shows all the lecture topic that I learnt from classes and the seminars that I have attended during the semester which are related to employability and I also know about myself from those talk what I need to improve myself to become more active in employability. This paper describes how to improve myself in future workplace and also shows my strengths and weaknesses, what I have learnt from all the seminars and how it improved my personality as well as how to deal with those. It also discusses on how to build a good career and how to improve myself using all my goals.
Goals
Goals are very important for my career and employment. So I set my goals consists in three part. I have divided these three parts into the short-term goal, mid-term goal and long-term goal refer to my learning which I learn from class.
Short-term goals
My short-term goal is to have UH bachelor degree in business administration from INTI international college Kl in two years. To achieve this goal, there are many things that I need to do. I need to follow the study plan and I also need to have good study ability so can keep my GPA up. I also need to manage my time wisely to achieve my goal.
Mid- term goal
My mid –term goals is to complete my MBA and join a company as a manager position within three year. To achieve this goal I need to study hard for my MBA and get a good result. After that I will apply for a job in a manager position. In the job I will learnt how to run a business and dealing with people. For this goal I need to be patient and use the time properly.
Long-term goal
My long term goal is to become an entrepreneur and it will take me more than five year. To achieve this goal I need to find a way to became an entrepreneur and shine in future in the business. The process to complete this goal is to work hard and have to face all the challenges that I will face in the business world. I also have to create strategic plan to become successful in business. For this goal I need to plan everything and work hard to success in that business.
