 Ihop restaurant is company  in were customer service is the main key point to function correctly.  The procedures in that company are conduct as the following,;  customer service, server , cook,  and management.   The server must follow the correct steps  in customer services, always offer a welcome to all customers, and offering a good services providing all the information or anything that the customer requires.  The cook , always has to manage a good procedures in were they cook for a satisfaction towards the customer food .  Management procedures is to enforce  the ability in were t created a good team were in were ,  the company end with a good reputation , but most important have the customer happy at all times. The employee has to be happy at all times , and offer a good attitude.

Unethical research practices  should be avoid in ihop restaurant when  information is unnecessary for the department that they are focusing in working.  Particular parties that may face injury in these company can be identified as  managers, servers, and even  customers.  Manger can cause a big problem then when they cannot solve the customer question , idea, or comment that they have. Sometimes the comments can be good or they can be bad at the same time , but it is very important to always find a solution for  them.  Servers  can always cause a big problem , when offering a bad services . Customers can cause big problems as well  when acting rude or abusing of the service that they are offering .

The unethical behavior can cause  a bad lost on profit, and loose of customers .   The way that unethical behavior can cause a big problem  on the organization , is  a really bad reputation . The reputation is going to be focus on peoples point of view of the services that they offer , or the expericing they that when attending to that company .  In the individual way can be seen as experiencing you have there , in wheather you want to go visit again or no .  The  society can have a really bad idea of the company when not following the correct steps and not providing that correct information .  Every different point of view is very important because these can determine the restaurant popularity .  The prefence of  people would be determine on how happy they feel or if they do not feel happy with the service. Unethical problems can be solve by prevent the problems. The problems can be solved by providing the employees training .  As well having conferences with them and explaining them the point of view of everyone.   It is important that the employee receives feedback it does not matter if its  good or if it not good.  Always it is important to  have a good motivation to improve their abilities and skills.
