Introductions:

McDonald expands rapidly for many reasons. But it builds brand recognition. It is brand stand for clean, fix price (Cheap), quality, transparency, comfortable, and easy access for take away and always fast to serve delicious food. It shows itself how clean it is and goes far beyond that. They even allow customer to see how food are made. Customer can see some of food processing from glass and customer can also enter to the kitchen.  Its prices are fixed everywhere. So, you can be sure that you are not cheated. McDonald employees quickly made and deliver the tasty food to customer every day. In addition, McDonald will introduce new product according to the market’s needs. McDonald divines the meaning of the quality and transparency. The place, where customer set, is clean, comfortable with excellent air-condition. Even though, kitchen is open to dining room but customer will not smell a things. So food smell won’t be in your clothes. Also, McDonald will always make it easy to its customer to order from their car. Cars go in passing road. Then, customers will order trough microphone in menu board. After that, they pay in first window and get their food in second window.   In our fast world, we seek fast services that provide by McDonald.

McDonald Growth:

McDonald has its goal to be a globally available to all customers who need best and fast services. Employees are the key for any organization to successes. McDonald takes care of its employees. At McDonald, Employees get to do a course called “Hamburger University”. This course is hold in a restaurant in Chicago. Almost, every manager was a crew in McDonald. McDonald gives opportunity for its employees. They are provided with English courses and management courses that will help them to join a College later.  McDonald gives the power to make decision to its employees. Second, Ingredient has been tasted and tested before it used in product. They also will test how well it goes with McDonald’s meals. Third, transparency gives the customer the power of quality control and gives the workers a reason to work hard. Fourth, that everyone can own McDonalds. You can apply through their website to open McDonald’s branch in your local area. Some owners start as crew member in McDonald. Fifth, advertisements are all over TV channel. Sometimes talk about food for family or children food. McDonalds show of its care for children by providing house and food for poor family with children. There are more than 200 house over the world , Specially USA.
