Abstract
This research project contains arguments about the negative impact that smartphones brings to society and we must reduce the usage of smartphones. Usage of smartphones should be reduced since smartphones is a distraction in class, students can’t pay full attention during the class. However, there are people that support smartphones does brings positive impact to the society. It is supported by the idea of smartphones as a learning tool that may help in education, smartphones has the function of dictionary, finding information and others. At the end of this project, there are recommendations given to overcome the negative impacts that smartphones bring to the society.
