I. Create a hybrid theory/philosophy which combines the common elements found in the thinking of Case, Kouzes, and Drucker.

Dynamic markets common elements given by Case, Kouzes and Drucker suggest that entrepreneurial leaders must communicate effectively, build trust in employees and making decisions. Entrepreneur leaders must have these elements in order to move the organization forward.

Decide a course of action on which direction acquire the best results on completing the tacks set forth. Entrepreneurial focus on which solution appeals on the specialized skills planning, minimize risk, growth potential, and future earnings. Case, Kouzes and Drucker share the common elements planning, minimize risk, growth potential and future earnings.

In my opinion leader has to do enough planning to face the difficulties in the future, for the business must chance to flourish and battle the challenges. If a leader has planned his strategies, he can easily change the way us in which he could implement new plans.

II. Describe what type of organization a transactional, transformational, and authentic leader would thrive in the most, as well as which type of leader would thrive the least. Explain your response using at least one (1) additional source.

Transactional leader works through creating clear structure whereby it is clear what is required of the subordinates and the rewards that they get for following orders. People are motivated by reward and punishment if the employee does something good, they would be rewarded or if employee does something wrong they would be punished. ( wikipedia) Transformational leader who operates in a dynamic market that offers rewarding opportunities. Leader believe entrepreneurial leader has the following dimensions are clarity, communication, consistency, caring, creating opportunities, self-confidence, power need and it is use and vision. The authentic leader has high degree of self-awareness and understands employee strengths. Leader would develop employee innate talents into strengths by practicing them and building a body of knowledge in that area of strengths.

In my opinion transactional would thrive the most because transactional leader looking to satisfy a greater need of an individual. Transactional leader demonstrates good relationship between managers and employees by making sure policies and procedures are followed. The least would thrive would be transformation because every employees would not benefit because someone would receive any rewards or overlooked for the job performance.
