Safety First

Ever since I was born I have grown to love the outdoors. The outdoors has made me the man I am today. Being alone catching fish and hunting animals puts me at peace. You can fish during the summer and hunt during the winter. Both fishing and hunting consist of totally different equipment. The excitement of the two keeps me going all throughout the season. It keeps me busy the whole year. People who participate in the outdoors are generally happier people.

Right when the sun starts rising over the trees during the summer it’s time to hit the water and find some fish. You have to start the engine on the boat and start looking for the best spot to fish. You have to ride in the boat while the wind is blowing in your face, the water is rushing behind the boat, and the sun is hitting your skin. Then you have to find the place you want to fish, you have to find your fishing pole and tie on your best lure. You have to start fishing it usually doesn’t take long to catch fish. As you are casting you have to look for any kind of structure to throw out where fish might be hiding such as lily pads, stumps, or branches hanging over the water. After you throw for a while and hit that stump just right there is a good chance that a big fish will bite. When the fish bites it, you have to fight the fish. It usually seems like an eternity to get that big fish in but in reality it’s probably only seconds. The fish will try to go back to where you caught him, it will try to jump out the water, and it will also try to break the line. After that long hard fight, you pull the fish out of the water into the boat. Finally you get to celebrate. You get to look at the fish that you just caught. You can also take pictures with it so you will have memories that will last forever.
