Godiva Company decides to sell online by using E-business to increase their sales and they were looking for an avenue to increase their sales

The site appears to be very user-friendly, providing an easy shopping experience coupled with a large amount of information

In my opinion Chiquita Brands, should not agree to pay for protection neither nor to pay, they should exit the country. However the losses or financial distress problems.
Because Chiquita Brands were under a lot or pressure and under bad conditions, which I advice them not pay to AUC (United Self-Defense Forces of Columbia) for protection and abandon the plantation.
While the other two options wasn't actually going to benefit them effectively , which will lead them to an economic failure not mentioning losing their assets and operations that will represent a significant loss to the Colombian people, supplies ,profits, and shareholder value, and put them under investigation which eventually.
And According to facts, that if the company pays to the AUC because were made under duress, which claims that if the payments had stopped, AUC militants would have targeted Chiquita's employees and plantations in Columbia, which consider for them a big concern but not 100% efficiently or to make Chiquita's brands to pay to AUC.
Without mentioning that Chiquita brands was involved in social responsibility , by providing jobs that are almost entirely performed by local Colombian workers, which benefit the economy in their contributions in the form of taxes, capital expenditure, social security, and local purchases of goods and services.
This would not be the best solution for them, otherwise was the only thing I would do till I find another, and starts all over with a good well reputation what would lead any corporation to success.
