Bullies should get harsher punishments for bullying because we learn from an
early age that bullying others is not right. Bullying can have many bad effects on
people it can make them depressed, suicidal, and insecure. Not only does bullying
have a bad effect on people it has bad effects on students. Students who get bullied
feel depressed and don’t do any classwork . Some students don’t even show up to
school or they skip their classes. Students tend to feel insecure and not safe in
school because of bullies.
Bullies should have harsher punishments so they could learn that bullying is
wrong and how it hurts other and themselves. Bullies have no excuse to bully we
have learned from a young age that bullying is wrong. We have a month that we
celebrate dedicated to anti-bullying and students in schools do activities such as
making posters on anti-bullying and more. So bullies have no excuse to not know
that bullying is wrong. Bullies should have harsher punishments because they know
it is wrong but they still do it.
Bullying can be considered as harassment which means bullies should get in a lot
of trouble for bullying. It is not something that we should let slide anymore so many
kids don’t feel safe in their school because they are bullied. Many kids have
