We are team 4, we are not doing that because we thought why can't we be more createve? so we prepared a small play about case 8 NIKE.

This play is about what was Nikes' biggest obsticle to stay one of the most powerful company in the world, and how Nike handled it.

Nike : Hi everybody, Can you tell me what is my name?

Yes, as you can see, I am Nike.

And I am the most powerful company in the world athletics

industry. but do you really know how I got strong?

I am 44 years old .and up to now I have become a lead of sports brand, has a 35 percent of market share.

I do the outsourcing most of our products. and I spend 2.3 billion dollars annually on advertising.

My main power does not come from the manufacturing but from the marketing.

but making most of the product with outsourcing makes

problem.

Wall-Mart : Work harder, work faster, you don't have time to lunch
