1. Setting Up :

Step 1: Language : Select English

Step 2: Currency and Timezone : Bangladesh, Dhaka, BDT

Step 3: User Details, As a First user, Put your name, email, Phone number (fake) and upload a photo.

Step 4: Company Details : Give some over view about the business that you are interested to do.

Step 5: Letterhead and Logo: Make a appropriate logo with the help of paint. Don’t copy paste this from the internet. In letterhead, combine the logo and name of the company together. Ideal image size will be 6x2.

Step 6: Add User if you can. (Free version usually allow only 1 user)

Step 6: Tax Details: Add 2.5% tax on product as a Vat

Step 7: Customers: Add name and details of minimum 5 customers

Step 8: Suppliers: Add name and details of minimum 5 suppliers from where you are going to buy your supplies. Search in alibaba.com for suppliers.

Step 9: Item Names: Add minimum 10 relevant item names.

Step 10: Got to -> Desk and -> Settings, Add user from right menu, Add Human resource, Accounts manager Make the admin and add 3 more users and give them some role.
