The Reason Why the British Lost the Revolutionary War

The reason why the Revolutionary War started was because the colonists wrote the Declaration of Independence because they were tired of being taxed and wanted to be their own country. In the declaration they put a Declaration of Natural Rights and it said "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their power from the consent of the Government."
The reason why the British lost the war was because the ocean was too vast. They did not get the message that the troops were being attacked by the colonist and making secret places to hide gun and ammo from the British Troops. Once the king got the message he then sent troops to the Colonies to take action and raid the guns and ammo stashed but once the troops got there the ammo and guns were all gone. Therefore the king started taxing the Colonies, these taxes were, The Stamp Act, The Tea Act, The Sugar Act, and The Townshend Act.
To win the war they would have to subdue the entire continent. To subdue the entire continent the British would have to give up their entire empire and put all of their troops in the colonies. In doing this the war would be won but the British would only have the colonies as part of their empire.
The last reason why the British lost the war was because the colonists used the tactics of the Native Americans. The tactics of the Native Americans is guerilla warfare with this they hide in the wilderness behind trees and ambush their enemies. The British was not expecting this from the Colonists and in doing that the Colonists killed the British generals.
