Analysis for Carl Robins
Carl Robins is ABC, Inc's new campus recruiter. Carl, after being with the company for six months has hired 15 new trainees. They will work for the operations supervisor, Monica Carrolls. On June 15th Carl will be in charge of organizing a new hire orientation. Details such as completed files, transcripts, drug tests and policy booklets among other tasks must be taken care of. In May, Monica and Carl discussed the specifics of the orientation to make sure that everything was running according to plan, and that the new trainees would be ready by July.
On June 1st, Carl gathered his paperwork to make sure it was in order. While looking through the paperwork Carl noticed that applications were incomplete. Carl was missing transcripts, pages out of the orientation manual and the drug tests were not completed. This was just the tip of the ice-burg; Carl also found out that the training room had been booked by someone else for the month of June. Joe, of technology services will be conducting training on new software for all of June. Carl must fix these minor problems to make sure that the new hires are ready for Monica Carrolls by July, or he could be looking for a new job.
Background
Carl needs to fix the fact that he is missing paperwork, has incomplete applications, and is missing pages from the orientation manuals. Without completed drug test and a training room, the orientation cannot take place.

Since the training room is to be used for other training, Carl must find a suitable alternate location to conduct the orientation.
