My friend Ana is a hard-working young woman who is working at the Royal Bank in Montreal. We have known each other for three years. When she is a student at Concordia, she always sits in the front row of the class and answers all the questions. She goes to class prepared and spends plenty of time studying at the library. Besides study, she is also very responsible about her job. She is working at the Royal Bank as a financial consultant. There was one time I ran into her manager and he told me he was very satisfied with Ana's job performance. He said that everyone can tell that Ana did her homework and always finds a way to solve the questions a client may have. Sometimes she works late just to make sure that all the records are correct and documents are in the right place. According to our recent conversation, her manager is planning to promote her and give her a raise because of her good work. I'm happy for her, but I'm not surprised since she is one of the most hard-working people I know.
