     I am Eu Jie Wen, a student from BBUS (Finance) who is currently studying  

semester 4 degree. I had been carrying out an event which name is “Valentine

Dedication Series 2015” at Inti International University.

     I would like to share my knowledge, thought and experience that obtained from this

event. My position of this event is logistic committee and partner with another 10 more

committees at the same position. With cooperation of my partner and other committee,

I gained quite lot of knowledge and several of skills.

     Firstly, the jobs of my position is assisting other committees. crowd of

control, and indicating helpers. Crowd of control is the most difficult job for me among

the jobs. Luckily, I’d performed the task perfectly with the cooperation of committees

and helpers. Also, it improved my leadership and people management skill sharply.

      Further more, I learnt communication and public speaking skill by communicating

with my Organizational Committees, members and helpers.

     I’d also learnt problem solving skills due to I overcome a lot of problems and issues

before and during the event day. For example, we lost money when collecting fund

and changing of plan during the event day. Fortunately, under the smart leadership of

Our Organizational Committee team, we solve the problem smoothly.

     The most skill that I learned is responsibility and commitment skill due to I lack of

this skill before I participate this event. I am actually a very irresponsible student as

I’m always did not attend to the meeting and not perform my task. However, after the

scolding from my leader. I am feel regret and I decided to change my bad attitude.

     Finally, I feel very happy that I could joined this event since I make a lot of new

friend and gains a lot of knowledge.
