The death penalty is the most unjust justice method, this cruel punishment is ineffective because it does not solve the crime problem .
The death penalty , also called capital punishment , originates almost the appearance of humans on earth.
There were many means of implementation, some of the earliest still currently underway such as stoning and hanging other and were completely discarded , the cross, the guillotine and the garrote , used in Spain a few years ago . A death row inmate give you the chance to die sitting in the electric chair or the gas chamber , lying on the couch where he applies lethal injections , standing to be shot or hanged , what shape is not cruel an execution?
For Germany the right to life is a supreme good . Consequently, the Federal Government, in collaboration with its partners in the European Union for many years pursued an active policy against the death penalty internationally.
