Good afternoon!
Right at this moment we are going to present to you our research which entitled as Lived Experience of Accountancy Graduates after failing the CPA Board Exam and Passing the Retake Examination or simply the experiences of those graduates of our school who became CPA’s through retaking the Board Examination.
There are two board exam schedules every year in our country, being held in May and October. Each schedule cosists of thousands of examinees but only less than fifty percent of the numbers were able to pass the Examination and the rest were classified either conditional or failed.
Because of the higher percentage of failed rather than passed, we specculated whether those (HOW MANY) who failed retake the same examination again even for several times or if they just decided to procceed to work in a company. We know several stories of people who retook the examination for several times but still succeeded to become a CPA.
We wanted this paper work to help the readers, whether undergraduates, graduates, and especially those who’s going to retake the board examination, to improve themselves and to help them realize what must be done in preparing and facing the real board exaamination. We want to inspire and encourage them to retake the same examination no matter how many times it’s been. We want them to realize of not giving up and just continue to pursue their goal. We want the experiences stated in this paper to influence the readers that failure doesn’t stand for a dead end. But failure opens different paths that will mold them and give them unique experiences which leads them to be a better individual.
