Risky Business: Puma
Decision Making:
Everyone's input concerning ideas and strategies throughout the semester will be discussed and taken into consideration, but a majority vote, as there are five of us, will make the ultimate decision.
Group Roles:
The roles that we have chosen for this project are as follows:
Facilitator: Derek Darby will make sure that all tasks are being completed as assigned, that all members are contributing equally to the project, and conduct the meetings for our group.
Record Keeper: Matt Bailey will be sure to record all minutes for group meetings, as well as acquire all necessary documentation needed for project assignments, including all documents to be collected.
Spokesperson: Kristin Jorgensen will be responsible for presenting most of the final presentation, along with document completion throughout the semester.
Coordinator: Courtney Hulett will head the group in our endeavors and research of Puma, ensuring that all group members are present and completing the assigned tasks necessary at this place of business. She will also assume responsibility in the execution of the PowerPoint presentation.
Document Preparer: Josh Bailey will proof-read and critique all documents to be submitted, and make sure that they are prepared in a professional manner.
Disciplinary Action:
For conflicts likely to arise during the course of our project, such as not completing a task, not agreeing with the majority, or just a deliberate absence of cooperation, we feel that, as adults, it is our responsibility to work out all conflicts through discussion and evaluation of all sides of each conflict.
