Small competence or no competence coaching programs exist inside higher education establishments to complete the HODs with the mandatory social control competencies and, then no steering exists on that competencies are essential for these managers and on that level they ought to be functions as successful managers.

The people who have been in long enough discipline in a state that nominated and appointed as HOD. For the trends from the research literature of management competencies, there are five different aspects can be gathered that planning and organizing, leadership, control, human resources (HR) and certain aspects of personalized features.
