I think Thirteen Reasons Why is a very inspiring book because teenage readers can actually relate their social life to it. After reading the story, I realize that even the little things we do can have a critical influence on somebody else. Many people mistakenly think that it is harmless to play jokes on their friends, but sometimes the words we say can become a damage to other people even if we mean no harm. As a saying goes, “Think twice before you leap.” It is important that we take other people’s feeling into consideration before saying anything. With this state of mind, I believe the severe cases of bullying would be far less because students would no longer tease and poke fun at their friends.

As we all know, life of high school students is very busy and even stressful. Not only do we have to handle our studies well, we also have to maintain good relationships with our friends. When life is full of frustration, we should face the music and try to figure out ways to solve them. Believing in ourselves is also essential, for it gives us the strength and courage to solve whatever predicament we are facing. Most of all, we have to find our own ways to relax. Give yourself a break and try to see the world in a different way.
Aside from Hannah, another character that had left
