Case No. 2 :  RUDY AND FRANKIE: Two Different Worlds

I. Problem of the case

● A. The problem started when the two boys Rudy and Frankie were classmates in their elementary years. Frankie is more intelligent than Rudy in Academics, Frankie relies only on being an accountant to earn money, he doesn’t think of other ways to earn bigger income.

 II. Facts about the case

●Frankie graduated in University of Sto. Tomas and Certified Public Accountant.

●Rudy quit on his studies during second year

● Rudy and Frankie were classmates in their elementary years.

 III. Alternative solution

● Frankie must not depend only in his profession to earn money; should have his own business so that he could earn bigger than his salary and he could invest to the business of Rudy. T- Frankie is a millionaire.

          ●Acceptance, lower down his PRIDE and replace that envy inside with gladness with his friend’s success.

●Continue their friendship and set aside the differences between them so that they can work harmoniously and achieve a common goal.

IV. SWOT

Solution 1: ● Frankie must not depend only in his profession to earn money; should have his own business so that he could earn bigger than his salary and he could invest to the business of Rudy. T- Frankie is a millionaire.
