The title of this book is The war in Yugoslavia. It was written by Nathaniel Harris. This book was first published in 1997 by Wayland Publishers Ltd.(Address: Wayland Publishers ltd, 61 Western road, Hove, East Sussex BN3JD. London) This book was designed for Wayland publishers ltd by Ruth Nason. It was edited by Alex Woolf.

Nathaniel Harris (born in 1937) was a History teacher at secondary level and he is an experienced writer of History books for young people who specialize in modern problems and conflicts.

PURPOSE:

This book was purposely made in order to inform people studying the Yugoslavian background. It teaches how misunderstandings and minor differences of beliefs, culture and other aspects between different people in Yugoslavia led to a war and made Yugoslavia what it is today.

VALUE:

This book is valuable to growing historians like me specializing in learning more about Yugoslav wars since it teaches more and more on Yugoslavia before and during war and how the wars changed Yugoslavia to what it is currently.

LIMITATIONS:

This book may possibly contain correct and valid information concerning Yugoslavian history since the author is an expert when it comes to history (was a history teacher at secondary level). The author has also written many historical book hence he can be trusted for the information given in this book.
