Application portfolio under strategic asked us about our system either will help it in our journey in sustaining our business strategy. Our business strategy are trying to maximize profit but without reducing customer satisfaction. In term of developing our IT strategy that is developing a system that will help us on finding the cheapest vendor that can be located. In this case we are trying to focus more on building good customer relationship. Building customer relationship is importance if we want to capture their value. Once we are able to capture the value that customer possess it will be easy for us to make them loyal to our brand.

To increase the profit we don’t want to cut our staff salary or reducing the price. Cutting our staff salary will make them less motivated thus it will affect our product quality. Staffs are importance part to make sure we are able to capture their value. We also don’t intend to reduce the price of the product. This is because the price that we been putting all along is already slightly above our break even. Reducing it more will result on much lower profit. Then we will not be able to maximize our product profit.

Most of customer satisfaction comes from the price of the product. If the price is lower and affordable there will be happy. Happy customer will become repetitive customer that will continue on buying our product. Developing software in finding cheapest quoted price on the market for certain item will certainly help us on give the best available price without abandoned quality of the product that we make. In our mind, lower price will resulted in happy customers. Our target customer for our product is the group of people that can’t afford high price car. So went they able to buy car the customer will certainly be happy.
