Lack of time to execute the project . Previouly this project was assigned to another employee whose project progress is not satisfied by the director presso. So the project is handovered to Marisson.
Marisson her self is littlebit confused that whether this project could be completed on time . This shows her lack of confidence
Why has their issue(s) arisen now and why are they involved?
The project was previously assigned to Marissons colleague,who failed to show the expected progress in the project . So it created a time delay. Marisson took incharge of this project under delay status.

Scope IssueMost of the deliverables is depend on other departments and external organization.
Cost Issue Just 400 $ cash is allocated immediately,rest of the amount need to be collected through advertisement in short span period.
