After the visa process done, new corporate headquarter Wills, Ramsey, Fyvie started meeting to recreate organization of Fasco Thailand. To this they started daily meetings each day. Wills said that operation of Thailand is not profitable so they have to increase there profit by providing information about what they concern is about future not past. He also said that from the outside point of view it was operational and manager meetings, but there main target was strategic for new communication. Now they worried about environment, so they define to arranged meetings outside with the team. They thought that meeting outside the facility helped the team so this build the trust. Including that they use another way in that, they inquired to employees and they arranged dinner with them after the work. After some time, Wills felt that team still suffered. One side Wills said that he fired no one but on other side he find more fraud and fired more employee. With the Wills past experience in other companies he collected all the exercise of team building in he participated. He also bought some books. Fyvie and Ramsey find out other way, they concerned with experts for team building and communication. After landing at Fasco Motors Thailand, lots of works still pending to do. They thought that process of fraud still hide in communication and trust between the team members of the company. Lastly, they decided to do something culturally in this they may be build trust in the members.
