A study of how a retail business could be converted to a wholesale business. The objective would be to make purchases for individuals and businesses and deliver the purchsed items to their doorstep. This would include grocery items, clothing, school supplies. Whatever the clients want to be ourchsed, the retail business will do it for them.

The business will be placed in the area where hih-rise businesses and condominiums are situated, and the target clients would be the employees of and residents within the area.

The business intends to work in consortium with manufacturimg and distributing companies to arrive on the target service or venture into storing quick movable products in a large warehouse.

Payment mode would always be true credit card or bank transactions only to minimized the need for the carriers/deliverers to carry cash with them.

Vans and motorcycle with side carts will be purchased to help with the mobility of the items.

When the market volume grows, store/shop extenssions will be placed, also known as branches to various strategic locations. But the target would be that the location would allow a storage facility, office space, and parking spaces for the delivery vehicles.

For the marketing strategy, use of sites such as Sulit.com, Facebook.com, Twitter and the likes will be utilized. Minor leafleting, radio advertising, and even television advertising will be utilized as well. Print-ad annoucements will be made on a quarterly basis.

Should capital be limited, instead of purchasing new delivery vehicles, the services of already existing delivery services like two-any-one will be sought. This, of course will take into account the possible cost it would add on the service charge. A study must be conducted in the premise of low-delivery cost.
