hk The Kraft Heinz Company is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of food and beverage products and sells them in over 190 countries. It is the third-largest company in North America and the fifth-largest in the world in the F&B domain. It was formed after completion of merger between H. J. Heinz Company (Heinz) and The Kraft Foods Group (Kraft) in July 2015. Prior to the merger, Heinz was one of the top marketer and producer of food products with focus of sauces dressings and condiments; and Kraft Foods was engaged in consumer packaged food items such as creams, cheese, refrigerated meals, seafood and processed meat. The new company is co headquartered in Chicago and Pittsburgh, USA, which were the HQ locations of the two companies previously.
