We are living in a world of competition. Competition is the driven force to the development of the world. Through competition, new ideas were forged, technology advanced, new products and service were invented everyday so that consumers have more options. Consumers are those who benefited the most through competition as they are now served with the best services, enjoy the best technology, and have access to the best products. Competitions are fierce, and as companies around the globe learn how to survive in the biggest battlefield of business, the development of new and fresh strategy is the key to success. By implementing the right strategy in their competitive market, companies gains power, reputation and the most important aspect of business: sales and profit. ALDI, a company that is now operated in the supermarket industry are the perfect example of great success can be achieved by great strategy. ALDI is one of the world biggest supermarket businesses with great growth over the years. With tens of thousands of stores occupying all over the planet and the slogan “Spend a little, live a lot” the company has develop a reputation of giving the best value to customers by charging them at a competitive price. Scope of work
