I. The Opportunity Identification (350 words)

Nowadays, in many developing and developed countries automobile is a daily and indispensable mean of transportation. However, only in Vietnam, in few year later, owning a private car gradually becomes popular with the rapidly increasing number of car. In 2016, based on the statistic of Vietnam Register, the number of car in over country reached more than 2.5 million cars (tindangkiem.com). only in Hanoi capital from 2015, the number of car was about 535,000 vehicles(English.Vietnamnet.vn). Hence, to take care of these cars, the demand of finding a reputable auto repair centre providing excellent services for their cars is increasing. Unfortunately, this demand hasn’t been met now.

Automobile maintenance and repairs are compulsory for drivers during the lifespan of their cars. Furthermore, the car is one of the means that require high-skilled repairers as well as quality replacements for maintenance and repair purposes. (Autobikes.vn)

Meanwhile, as uncontrollable amounts of poor quality automobile accessories in current market, car owners seriously concern about the origin of their replacement parts as genuine or not while doing car maintenance in unknown car service place. (Autopro.com.vn)

In other hand, if car owner wants to buy authentic replacement, their only choice is store of his car brand. However, in these stores, they often not give suitable options to upgrade the vehicle as the customer’s desires. The fee of these options is quite expensive.

Solution for these problems is a high technology automobile service centre which has abundant necessary services for cars including car washing, car repairing, maintenance, equipping and upgrading, giving advices and supporting any request about vehicle by high-skilled experienced employee.

Additionally, the centre is also an official distributor of all automobile brand. Therefore, the customer can trust this centre while fixing vehicle problems as it has certificate or letter of authorization of all brands.

In order to solve this problem, I will build an Automobile centre which can provide abundant car service packages at once. However, there is an obstacle my project might face up with. It is the number of high-skilled employees. These employees must to qualify the requirements of training and the working experience. Especially, as centre is equipped with high technology tools, the workers must have comprehensive knowledge about these tools’ usage or must undergone a certain period of training on job.
