This program, the bachelor of business administration, accelerated program, was designed by Baker College to cater to the working professional. It has provided me the opportunity to combine my ten plus years of professional work experience with the required coursework, which has allowed me to earn my degree at a quicker pace than the traditional bachelor of business administration program. In this way, the accelerated program is unique, as it enabled me to enhance my education through the application of business and management skills I have previously attained, while the coursework permitted me to simultaneously build on and expand those skills. This modern educational process has made me a well-rounded student of business and allowed me to earn a more sophisticated degree that is highly applicable in the experience-driven professional working environment of today.

The accelerated bachelor of business administration program encompasses a combination of advanced general education courses and intensive business courses. The general education courses further developed my knowledge of the economical, mathematical, and psychological factors that impact all forms of business, while the business courses greatly expanded my education with emphasis on managerial strategies applicable in the financial, global, and marketing segments of business administration. This comprehensive education is crucial to my professional success, as I am coupling it with my professional experience to embark on a new career. The skills I have gained during the course of this accelerated program will be vital in my progress toward the upper managerial position I desire to achieve.
