“This case presents the challenging problems face by Zainal and his wife, Raihan in managing a family business such as intense competition, increase of operating cost and the opportunity cost in managing the resorts. Therefore, several solution have been proposed to Zainal in solving the problems like, proper pricing strategy, increase customer group through target market, invest in HVAC system, increase advertising and hiring a professional manager.”
