1. Company description
Bodegas Caballé is located in the North of Spain, belongs to the Spanish market leading companies in fine wines and is present in all major markets worldwide. Bodegas Caballé predicts that the European market will grow in the near future so the company does focus strategically on the particular market to gain further market shares. Bodegas Caballé exists since the 17th Century and is managed by family members since those days. Recently, the company invested in several American major land acquisitions to serve the local market with its fine wine. In its native country, Bodegas Caballé focuses on developing so-called pagos wines to achieve the market level of higher added value products. This was supported by cooperating directly with major hotel and restaurant chains. An organization run by family members creates a special familiarized working climate.
