one of the Britvic's brands. What are the core, actual, and
augmented product benefits of the brand?
In this case, the Britvic's Brand chosen is J2O. The core product
benefit is customer's needs so for J2O they could be thirst
quenching, represhment, joyful experience. Actual product benefits
consiste of brand name, quality level, design, features, packaging,
so they are J2O(brand name), fruit juice with 6 flavors(feature),
small bottle(packaging).
Augmented product benefit of britvic is that they also provide customer oriented campaigns. These campaigns let the customer to experience more than just buying the product. These campaigns let the customer to experience more than just buying the product.
2.What are the sources of brand equity for any given Britvic brand?
Normally, brand equity is result from deep customer relationship.
So I can
say familiarity towards the customers enhances Britvic’s brand equity. Britvic
has a lot of brands so each customer group for one kind
of brands easily become costomer for another brand. Based on
