Re:

Boosting Employee Morale at Home Depot store 0121

This letter is being written in hopes that the concerns about Home Depot store 0121 will be addressed. As an associate of store 0121, I have experienced the highs and the lows of the store. Since the store recently underwent change in management, the employee morale is at an all-time low. This is a concern because research shows that employee morale directly affect an organizations bottom line.

A proposal has been assembled addressing the changes that need to be made in order to get the employee morale at 0121 back to acceptable levels. Employee Morale is important in any organization. It is something that can be turnaround quickly if the right steps are made.

Thank you in advance for taking time to review the proposal. Making the recommended changes in the proposal will give Home Depot Store 0121 a quick turnaround and morale the morale boost that needed, If you have any questions or concerns please give me a call at 404-758-6937, Or I can be reached thru E-mail at Rodvjr23@aol.com,
