Dear Joseph,
I have read your mail about requesting for leave of absence. First of all, Thanks for informing me about your mental situation. I saw your past records of last few months. I really appreciate your efforts towards the work that was assigned to you and you performed it in very effective and efficient way. In sum up, it was quite helpful for our company.
I would like to apologize on behalf of company, as we were in shortage of employees so we had very heavy workloads from last few months and we are good now on schedule only because of all employee’s dedication towards the company.
I am glad to say you that you are getting approval for your application of leave of absence for five-week vacation time you saved up and your unpaid leave for rest of seven weeks. I hope you will have great days in your leave and spends some quality time with your family. I would like to see you back on work after 3 months of leave.

Dear Joseph,
I read your mail about the seeking of leave and I know that, from the past few months you were passing from some critical situation because of workload in our company and you didn’t take any single leave from long time. So i really appreciate your dedication of work towards the company.
As from the past few months you became the senior employee and you know the responsibilities towards the company and you are maintaining it in an efficient way. You know the condition of company that, as per our work load we have a shortage of employees. As you know that we had meeting with global organization last week and I would like to inform you that our tender has been approved and we got high budget contract. So we need to hire some new employees and also need experienced staff in company.
