Business Ettiquette

The bullet points in the manager’s circle that apply to me are doing things right, problem solving and means. The bullet points in the leader’s circle that apply to me are do the right things, inspiring & motivating and long term. If I were the manager I would work on doing things right by making sure that I follow all the rules and making sure that everybody else followed all the rules as well. I would work on problem solving by making sure that everything is done right so that the people that I am managing will not have a problem with anything while they are doing their jobs. The last thing I would work on if I were manager would be means. I would make sure that I have some kind of plan or idea to make sure that everything that needs to be done will get done correctly and smoothly. If I were the leader of an organization I would improve on doing the right things by making sure that myself and other employees do not try to shortcut anything. I would make sure that everything gets done the correct way not matter what. I would improve on inspiring & motivating by giving praise where praise is due and by letting the employees know how greatly appreciated they are for their work. I would improve on long-term by seeing how the things that are being done will affect the organization in the long run. I would also see if the effect would be good or bad and if it is bad then how would I change it to be more helpful.
