my hardsoftware company is a corporation that provides education for all relevant ict skills,which is entirely owned by Michael was founded in 2009. michael is interested in taking the company to next level of sales in 2011 and need to benefit from a considerable financial investement by the existing stakeholderse to achieve his ambition.

the business's objectives are very ambitious but achievable within the company capacity.

1 Statement of purpose

the business plan to play a part in people learning and apprenticeship at all level of the society and r we are profitable because we provide and value to the community in a strategic and planned way,make a rel contribution to achieve ict knowledge for all and exceed other provider by delivering what the business had undertake to deliver.

2 Objectives

the underlied business long term objectives are as follows:

provide it consultancy services,

provide high class pc maintenance and support services,

provide reliable internet services to the local area at reasonable price,

bring government services to the locals e government services provided in the digital village.

3 strategy

some possible strategy will be:

• reach high school learvers;

• reach the college and university current student

• trying to attract the general public interested

• trying to reach those in a working environment who wish to improve their current skills.

◦ Sales

• promote e learning

• establish a foothold in the whole country by means of joint ventures and expansions by setting up digital villages centres and support offices in the whole country

• establish an after supply service into maintenance and formation contract.

◦ Offerings:

Limit offerings to the following main areas namely,IT training consultancy services,PC maintenance,and learning of setup of computers network and internet services.

Extend our range of services to include development of digital content,web design,editing computer graphics and computer animation within the entire country.
