Business plan is a formal statement giving a detailed plan: setting out objectives of a business, the strategy and tactics planned to achieve them, and the expected profits, usually over a period of three to five years.
Now talking about my business plan, I never had plans to set up a business at such an early age. Firstly, I would finish my graduation, then do my M.B.A. and finally gain work experience for four to five years and then start my own business. I was always fascinated by the idea of opening a spa. I feel that this is a very profitable business. In today’s world where everyone is busy with their lives and don’t even have time for themselves, I think that a spa will provide them with a medium to relax, break the monotony of their lives and help rejuvenate their bodies.
My goal will be to tailor the client's experience based on initial interview information, as well as feedback during the treatments, to ensure the client's comfort and satisfaction, and to increase repeat business. I am mindful of the overall experience - using only the finest oils and lotions, beauty treatments and aromatherapies. Special lighting, music, decor, and textiles will be used throughout the spa to complete the comfortable, plush environment and enhance the client's overall spa experience. I’ll be extremely happy if my spa facilities will be able to bring a smile on my client’s face and make them feel satisfied with the services provided.
Before setting up a business, few things are to be considered, some of them being: the location, finances, marketing strategies, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. My company’s name will be VSI Spa. VSI will establish itself as a dependable destination to which people can always come to escape the stresses of life, and rejuvenate their energies, their souls, and their lives.
