1.Keep body and mind healthy.
I hope that all the members are healthy, and that they can carry out various forms of physical exercise in their spare time, make daily exercise plans and carry them out consistently, so as to lay a solid physical foundation for healthy life and efficient work.
In addition, they should keep their mental health. In daily life and work, they should be broad-minded and good at dealing with people. They should be good at thinking and doing things from the perspective of others.
2. Obtain good moral quality and professional accomplishment
I will pay more attention to these two parts of members, and hope that they can abide by their moral bottom line. They should take good care of both company's reputation and personal reputation.
3. Be competent.
Nowadays, Most companies are struggling to survive in competitive areas, only by offering quality products and thoughtful services can we win in the competitive business world . Therefore, they should think about whether they have the ability to be competent for their own work from this perspective and be proactive in their work. During the work , they also can find out their own shortcomings and gaps timely, and take effective measures to improve their skills.
4. Be creative and look for opportunities from the competition.
In my opinion, competition itself is the driving force of progress. Competition is not to overthrow or destroy others, but to cultivate one's own strength consciously, spontaneously and automatically. For example, only when the employee has knowledge, accomplishment, knowledge, foresight and breadth of mind can be competitive.
5. Be good at communication and can properly handle conflicts, maintain a positive attitude even when they are in difficulties.
In the company, all contradictions happen everyday. Therefore, every member will face how to deal with the relationship between individuals and others. After recognizing the universality of contradiction, we need to seriously consider how to manage contradiction. I hope that both management and basic employees should master the art of handling contradictions, and learn to understand and tolerate each other.
