Candy Corner Philippines, Inc. started in the country on October 1996 and still operating until now with the leadership of the President and COO of the company Mr. Ricardo Andres. The study will focus on the corporate culture issues inside the operations department (warehouse) of the company where the company lacks on reinforcing their culture and the actions of the manager to change corporate culture.

V. Objectives

To decide what action should be implemented to overcome and adopt the changing culture in the organization.

Short range:

Have a credible and consistent communication- live the new values and not just talk about them.

Change the behaviour in the workplace- reinforce ethical behaviour.

Show and be a good example to the employees.

Long range:

Pay attention to the informal social networks more than so than structural position.

Identify individuals who resist the cultural change.

Empower employees to excel in product and service quality.

Strengths

• More employees understand the change because of the long term of service.

• Top management and worker relation is good.

• Performance appraisal based on individual performance.

Weaknesses

• Newcomers and 1-2years employees may confuse on the focus of the corporate culture.
