Deloitte is a LLP company in United Stated that helps companies solve problems in regarding of four business fields: financial advisory, audit, and consulting. Deloitte helps applications research on current problems and forming consulting meetings to discuss possible solutions. Scenario plan helps company to fix tough problems in current or future setting. Scenario plans do researches based on current situation and forecast potential critical problems in the nearly future. Planning for the uncertainty is critical for business in now days. “Scenario-based planning is a tool designed to assist the development of strategies for operating in any of several contrasting business and economic environments that could lie ahead” (Deloitte). Using econometric analysis as the based scenario planning may help company to prepare the uncertainty in the future business market. Deloitte uses econometric analysis as one of its methods to help applications forming the scenario planning. “The term “econometric” can be defined as the application of statistical techniques to analyze economic data. Econometric models can be used to determine the relationship between a set of economic factors and organizational performance” (Deloitte). The situation in business market is uncertain that it can be influenced by various elements such as police change, demanding shift, and changing in resources. Econometric analysis prepares companies to analysis the history and current economic data to informing method to fix problems. Deloitte offers many opinions for different companies to help them to choose scenario plans based on various situations. Different companies are facing different problems that need to be fixed using customized scenario plans. Deloitte provide the opportunities to help different companies to customized specific scenario plan based on the condition of the company.
Macro-scenario plan is looking at the big pictures that it sets the direction for company.
