CEAT is one of the leading tyre manufacturing company of India and subsidy of RPG group. CEAT supplies approximately 165 million tyres a year and manufactures tyres for cars, construction vehicle, auto rickshaws, forklift etc. The capacity of Ceat tyres is over 800 tones per day.  With huge company there comes responsibility about customers. This paper is all about resolving customer complaints.

Customer complaints are informal complaints with expression of dissatisfaction to a company or public service provider about services and products.

Make easy customer service for customer to complain which will help your company to improve more too. In which customers who informed you about complaints updated you about your services.
