Description: A specialist staff introduces the Weston Earphone and gets feedbacks from customers in some local music relative shop.

We composed an event to convey our message with the following reasons:

1. Message can be transferred more exactly to the target customers since interaction is given in the event between the customers and the marketer.

2. Event can quickly and directly obtain feedbacks about the message from the target customers.

Constructing the message

What do I plan to include in my message?

 1. Provide a product sample to the customers to increase their experience in the product.

 2. Brief and elementary details of the Earphone are given by trained specialist staff.

 3. Solve the problems about the Earphone by trained specialist staff.

How to organize it?

 1. Provide different type of product sample (Weston Earphone) for customers to try and get some feedbacks from them after using the sample.

 2. Mention the function details of the Weston Earphone by specialist staff to increase the understandings of the Weston Earphone.

 3. Emphasize the features of the Weston Earphone by trained specialist staff and increase the understandings of the Weston Earphone message we created.

 4. Responds can be given currently and directly by trained specialist staff when the customers have any problems or questions about the product.

 5. Encourage the target customers to purchase Weston Earphone.
