Introduction
This report is based on Chelsea Football Club. In this report I will source information on Chelsea F.C related to the management course studied. I will investigate Chelsea F.C as a business and Jose Mourinho as a manager and how his leadership skills benefit the business. Chelsea F.C was founded on the 10th March 1905. Chelsea F.C is an English club based in Fulham, London. Chelsea play at the highest level of English football in the Barclays premier league. The Club has been playing at the highest level of English football for most of its existence. Since establishment in 1905 the club has been playing their football at their stadium Stamford Bridge, which can hold 40,837 people (Chelsea, 2014). Chelsea’s regular kit colour is royal blue. I choose Chelsea as I support them and have a great knowledge of the club. In this report I will source information on Chelsea related to the management course we studied in class. I will investigate Chelsea F.C and a business and also Jose Mourinho as a manager and how his leadership style affects the outcome of Chelsea F.C.
