Chew paste was founded in 2017 September in Michigan with the goal of creating a revolutionary product that combines the toothpaste and the chewing gum to consumers that want to ensure ones oral hygiene. Chew paste is taking advantage of the trend that people wants everything to be more convenient and time saving. Although there are many small and big companies that will be competing in this market, but Chew paste will create the upmost superior product to stand out to their target market

Organizational structure
As a startup company, Chew Paste does not have a complicated organizational structure.
John Tan, founder and president. John is responsible for designing, creating, producing and packaging management.
Pete William, co-founder and co- president. Pete is responsible for the marketing and domestic distribution of the product.
Barack Trump, chief financial officer. Barack develops financial strategy.
Donald Obama, sales manager. Donald is responsible in maintaining all the sales and manage the salesman.
Lissie Brown, HR manager. Lissie hires and train people.

As a startup company, it is important that a cooperate culture that encourage creativity and courage and innovation. The company has also neem contently emphasizing on its mission.
Current Product
Chew Paste is an evolutionary product combining the functions of a chewing gum and toothpaste. It is a pellet that is chewed to substitute the brushing of teeth. Making it to be done anywhere and anytime it is like brushing your teeth at the comfort of your bed, in front of the television, in the park, or even in the car during a jam.
The product is made from non-synthetic rubber, natural rubber. We want to create a new gum that is biodegradable and safe for the consumption kids. There are 2 kinds of flavors, one is mint one is strawberry.
Current Market
The consumer market for Chew paste product is made for everyone who needs to brush their teeth everyday but wanted to save some time for more sleeps. There are approximately of 9.928 millions of people living in Michigan. Experts has also belief that the trend towards more hygiene is growing globally making the business to expand sooner.
Pricing
The suggested price for our product would be $3.00. This means the casing will cost $1.00. The remaining $2 would be the cost of ten pellets. Each pellet will cost $0.20.’
Distribution
In order to reach their target market, Chew Paste will put their products in stores which are easily access, such as supermarkets, convenience store and petrol station. Walmart, 7-11, Shell respectively will be targeted to be place with product so that it can be easily found by their target market along with other product line.
