1. What qualities of a good manager did the characters (Steve Choice, Roberto, Christina, John and Brandalyn) in the video have? Explain.

The different qualities that were presented are: being open-minded, hardworking, efficient, having good communication skills and strong will power.

Steve was shown as a person who is willing to listen to the people who work for him. He is willing to do so because he knows that this will help him and his company to achieve success and be more progressive in the future, because once he sees all the things that his company needs work on he will be able to fix it and benefit from it in the future. Roberto showed that every employee must do their best in doing their task in order to achieve the best result. Christina possessed efficiency in her work, you can see this by how she does all the task that was given to her right on the allotted time, this is important since every second counts for her as a housekeeper. John showed his natural skills in communication with, even though he is new in his job he is already performing well, which is a big help for the company that he works for. Lastly Brandalyn showed the strong will power that she has. Despite all of the hardships that she went through she just shrugged it all off and went on to continue her life even though it means she has to go back to start. She also showed her professionalism because after all the things that she experienced she is still effective as a front desk clerk.

2. What do you think would be your strengths when you become a manager? Why?

I strength that I will have as a manager would be being able to adapt to change and being hardworking. These qualities are important because no matter what field of business that we are in change is constant
