Abstract:
Abstract: When you look back at any war or wars that are ongoing they each have been studied from historical perspectives. This case study is to help you understand how personal impacts of leadership can change war and that there are connections between culture and the battlefield. The battlefield is more than fighting it involves sociology, literature, politics. We are able to understand the hundred-day war and the effect of the imperial power on the confederacy because of war letters. The civil war has historical importance, it was fought by people, who lived in an already existing society and wanted change and a leader.
Introduction:
Wars have had a way of making great leaders that we all remember. Wars have prepared great leaders for World War 1 and other revolutions have made positive impacts on the country and our culture. The Civil War is one of the most significant wars in the history of the United States. It was during a time where there was division of North and South. The impact of the Civil War was incredible, and in many ways has shaped the way the United States has evolved into the present day. It had many impacts on society, and our culture. The success was due to the leadership that was displayed during this trying time. During the World War 1, leadership played a huge role in the success. The social and cultural impacts don’t show all the effort that was put in. The leaders involved had great skills they used personnel and resource management, which play a very important role in being success. When fighting any battle so much is required of the leader. The leader is responsible for management of soldiers, there is planning, communicating, coordination, they have to learn to direct. Each leader is given responsibility and authority they are responsible to evaluate all performances after a job is done. This is all due to organizational growth and perspectives. Exemplary leadership abilities and management of people is the single most important lesson one learns from the battlefield.

History has been a testimony of the fact that the culture and civilization of people and countries was based on traditional culture and civilizations. History has also had plenty of influence from literature, psychology and sociology from all the people living in the U.S.. It is this context that has given rise to the western influence of power and thought of military aggression by the western powers. The early popular support for the war came from the men and women whose families were fighting in the war. The letters written by them while fighting the war became a part of literature and quickened great movements. These letters showed societies, families and communities that they were supporting the men at war. Looking at the perspectives of society it can be seen that the American civil was a great movement in bringing back the sociological influences of people on society. The nationalist elements were trying to defend and redefine their movements by struggling to uphold the society they belonged to. The war was seen as a type of national movement and strongly patriotic strings to support the war was felt by everyone.
