Executive Summary
The report analyzes the Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Profit and Loss and evaluates current liquidity, efficiency, debt management, profitability and stock market ratios along with estimating the stock valuation of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. Other calculations include market return, risk and cost of capital of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. All calculations can be accessed in the Appendix section of the report. The overall financial performance of the company is unsatisfactory with only liquidity of the company showing positive results. Cost of capital has been evaluated and stock valuation of the company shows that their common stocks are undervalued compared to intrinsic price obtained.
